PsPrint increases support for community organizations with complimentary printing and related services and supplies.

January 11, 2008 – OAKLAND, CA.PsPrint, LLC a leading provider of printing and marketing services for small businesses, today announced that the company increased its donations of printing and related services and supplies to several hundred thousand dollars in 2007. The nonprofit organizations the company chose to assist were nominated by PsPrints customers and promote the arts, education, the environment, and health.

We have received tremendous support from our customers throughout the year, said Andy Comly, CEO at PsPrint. In fact, our growing success is based on having strong working relationships with our customers. Supporting causes that are important to them and their communities is our way of saying, Thank you. Each group we donated to last year found an inventive way to make a difference, and were grateful to be able to assist in their efforts.

Recipients of PsPrints donations included, among others,, a leading photography resource and community website that reaches out to elementary school children; Rita Coury Photography, which hosted a fundraising tribute to breast cancer survivors; the San Francisco Independent Film Festival, which supports and celebrates maverick filmmakers and their work; and the Think Green-World Music Festival, which provides environmental education and knowledge in an alternative setting.

PsPrint made a major contribution to the success of our exhibition, said freelance photographer and breast cancer activist Rita Coury. They donated their services for our brochures, posters, and tickets, which made effectively promoting the event possible. With PsPrints help, we raised over $65,000 for the Susan G. Komen Research Fund. That kind of support means a lot to breast cancer survivors, emotionally as well as financially.

PsPrint was crucial to producing our recycled and recyclable materials for the Think Green-World Music Festival, said festival organizer and environmental activist John Franco. I was beginning to despair that I wouldnt find a printer that was concerned about the environment and able to provide a wide variety of recycled products using soy-based inks. Then I discovered PsPrint, and they even helped by donating printing!

Each year, PsPrint receives thousands of requests from their customers to assist with nonprofit events in their respective communities. PsPrint employees and management then select organizations to receive complimentary or deeply discounted printing services to help promote and make their events successful.

Every organization can use printing, which puts us in the enviable but difficult position of being able to help just about any group, said Dave Lessing, vice president of sales and marketing at PsPrint. Every year, we choose to allocate our contributions, which are growing as our business grows, among different nonprofits that mean a lot to our customers. Its just another way to show our customers that we care about them.
