A reliable choice for your less urgent shipments to Canada. UPS Standard to Canada offers guaranteed, fully tracked, door-to-door ground delivery from the 48 contiguous states to all addresses in the 10 Canadian provinces. Please note that UPS Standard delivery service is not available to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon Territory. Extended area surcharges may apply for remote Canadian destinations.

UPS Worldwide Expedited

Features guaranteed on-time delivery from two to five days. Most shipments to Canada are delivered within two business days.

UPS Worldwide Express

Get guaranteed next-day delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or by the end of the business day to Canada. For some locations, delivery is guaranteed by the end of the second business day. Saturday delivery is available.

Q

How are high-value shipments handled?
A

For shipments above $1,600 CAD (approx. $1,400 USD), additional paperwork will need to be prepared, that contains an Importers Tax ID as well as detailed contact information. The NAFTA allows for preferential duty treatment for shipments to and from Canada. A PsPrint representative will contact you to help complete the necessary paperwork.

For shipments above $25,000 CAD additional paperwork need to be prepared which can take 2-3 weeks to file. For orders over $25,000 CAD, a PsPrint representative will contact you to assist with this paperwork.

Q

Are delivery times to Canada guaranteed?
A

No. PsPrint assumes no responsibility for shipping delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the failure to receive a job on time. Our expected arrival date — also known as delivery date — is an estimate only. As a result, PsPrint cannot be held responsible for delivery delays once your job leaves our facility.

To minimize shipping delays, we have selected UPS as our preferred shipping partner, and we will make every effort to work with you to ensure your job arrives on time.

PsPrint does guarantee turnaround time, which is also known as production turnaround time, when all requirements have been met by the client to begin the turnaround time period. While PsPrint strives to meet turnaround commitments for every job, production delays may occur. In the event that PsPrint misses a turnaround commitment, PsPrint will remedy the situation by providing a refund for rush charges or a courtesy rush on your next job. Cancellation of a job or entire order based on turnaround time is permitted only if the original order clearly states that the job is time sensitive and that if it cannot be shipped by the contracted date, the client does not want us to process the order.
