Can I email my files to PsPrint?
| A |

No. Email is not a reliable method for sending us digital files since some corporate networks and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) block emails with large file attachments.

You can upload a file during the ordering process. Alternatively, you can initiate the upload process anytime by clicking on the "My Files" button at the top of any page on our website. Then, you can login to your account and follow the instructions for uploading new files. If you do not have a PsPrint account, you will need to take a moment to register.

You can also mail us your files on a CD, 100 MB Zip Disk, or 1 GB Jaz Disk. To do so, you need to mail your disk (with files in .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ps, .psd, or .tif. file format) to PsPrint Customer Service; 2861 Mandela Parkway; Oakland, CA 94608. | Q |

How will alternative file submission methods impact turnaround time?
| A |

It depends on the method you choose and on your timeliness in getting the new files and materials to us. We cannot makeup time as your job is on hold until we receive the new files.
