| How it Works |

PsPrint’s simplified ordering process makes getting the printing products you want fast and easy. Just follow these four quick steps. 

1. Choose a product

  • Visit There you can browse our full product offering and choose the product(s) you want.
  • Select the product you wish to purchase along with quantity, turnaround and other product options in the "Instant Quote" tool (located on the right side of every product page). The Instant Quote makes it easy to see how much you’ll save on printing with PsPrint.
  • Insert your zip code, then click on the "Continue" button (located at the bottom of the "Instant Quote" tool).

2. Review your Shopping Cart

  • Review the printing and finishing options you have selected (you may change them by clicking the “Change Options” button).
  • Select the desired shipping option.
  • Review the Target Arrival Date near the bottom of the page.
  • Click the “Continue” button, or if you wish, “Add Another Product.”

3. Complete the Billing and Shipping form.

  • If you are a new PsPrint customer, create an account by entering your name, email address and zip code. Or if you already have an account, log in.
  • Compete the billing address and shipping address information.
  • Complete the payment information.
  • Review the “Terms & Conditions”, then check the agreement box.
  • Click the “Purchase” button.

4. Upload your files

If your artwork files are ready you may upload them now by clicking on “Upload New Files”. You may also upload your files at a later time by clicking the “My Files” button at the top of any page on

  • Upload your artwork files. We accept .eps, .jpg, .pdf, .ps, .psd, and .tif files. Please note that you may need to upload multiple files, depending on your order. For example, a flyer job requires artwork for the front side of the flyer and the backside of the flyer. Our preflighting process will check to ensure that your files are printable, image resolution is at least 300 dpi, fonts are outlined and images are in 8-bit color.
  • Click the “My Jobs” button at the top of any page on
  • Select and approve the appropriate artwork files. The online instructions will guide you through the simple process of attaching and approving files, as well as positioning them with our image-positioning tool.
  • Approve your order by clicking the “Send to Press” button.

You’re done! You will receive an automated email message each time your job moves to the next step in our production process. When your job has shipped, you will get an email notification along with a shipping tracking number.
