Do I need to have a design already created to have a template made? |

No, having a design in advance is not required. If you do have a design you wish to use, we’ll work with what you have already. If you don’t, we have a design staff that, for a small charge, can assist you with creating your basic design before you convert it to a template that can be customized by your agents for individual use.

How many designs can I have as templates in my brokerage's online design center? |

Generally, there’s no limit to how many design templates you may make available in your design center though, for ease of use by your agents, you’ll want to keep only those that are routinely use.

How much will a design center cost me to build |

Basic templates require a fee, paid in advance, to create the online fields and to load the template onto our design gallery.
For a single template the fee is $200. For two templates placed as an order simultaneously, the fee is $350. For three templates placed as an order simultaneously, the fee is $450. PsPrint may adjust these fees before starting work if your template request is determined to be exceptionally complex but most designs do not require anything extraordinary. You cannot combine template requests placed at different times to receive the more advantageous fees. There is no additional fee to use the templates once they have been published online other than the actual production costs for the printing and finishing jobs themselves. Note: A postcard template set for a 4” x 6” production requires a different template for a 6” x 9” production. Multiple sizes of the same ‘design’ need multiple templates created.

Will my brokerage's designs and templates be available to only my agents and employees? |

You can choose whether you want your templates published in our public gallery and visible to anyone via the web or whether you want these kept hidden for only your brokerage’s use.
Some brokerages like the idea of their name and design being visible to potential customers and potential agents on our website. Being visible allows you an opportunity to recruit new agents and show them the kinds of tools you make available for them. It also helps keep your brand visible to the general public—who may refer a client to you because they saw your design online. Being available via the public galleries also makes it easier for your agents to access your designs from any location.
If you prefer to keep your templates private, we can add your templates to a generic brokerage account (where only your agents and employees with log-in privileges will be able to access it) and also create a dedicated link we provide you to access your templates since they will not be publicly displayed. There is no additional fee for this service.

How long will the process take? |

Most templates can be completed and available on the web within one week. In some cases it may take longer but for many it will be faster.
