| Q | Where does PsPrint ship?
PsPrint currently ships to locations within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
| Q | What shipping methods does PsPrint offer?
- UPS Ground (Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico)
The most economical and cost-effective choice, UPS Ground is the standard shipping option offered by PsPrint. Estimated delivery times are calculated using the distance from our two facilities to your location. By choosing a Product and adding it to your shopping cart you may enter in your zip code to receive an estimated In-Transit time for your UPS Ground shipment. These In-Transit times generally range between 1 and 6 business days.
UPS Ground is a very reliable service and your packages will almost always arrive as estimated, but please understand that these projected In-Transit times are not guarantees. Please see our Next Day or 2nd Day shipping options when delivery time is critical or call 800.511.2009 for more information.
UPS 2nd Day Air (Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii)
Ideal for shipments that require a delivery guarantee but do not require overnight service, UPS 2nd Day Air is guaranteed to arrive within 2 business days of your order being shipped. Please keep in mind that UPS 2nd Day Air shipments are only guaranteed to arrive by end of business day unlike Next Day shipments which are mostly guaranteed to arrive before noon.
UPS Next Day Air (Available in all 50 states and Puerto Rico with some limitations in Alaska and Hawaii)
UPS Next Day Air guarantees next business day delivery before noon in almost all zip codes in the Continental United States. In certain remote areas overnight shipments can only be guaranteed by end of business day. Saturday delivery may also be requested with Next Day Air shipments, but please call 800.511.2009 to check on availability in your area.
Greyhound (Available only within the State of California)
Only offered within the State of California, Greyhound can be used to ship your package via bus to a Greyhound location of your choice. Your package will be delivered to the Oakland, CA Greyhound station the evening your order is scheduled to ship for a $25 handling fee. From there it will be loaded onto the next available bus and driven to the Greyhound station selected. Shipping fees are usually more than that of UPS Ground and are paid per package upon collection. Greyhound does allow speedy delivery in some cases, but packages are only guaranteed to be shipped on the next available bus to your selected location.
Air Cargo (Available only within the Continental United States and Alaska when shipping from Oakland, CA)
The Air Cargo shipping method is only recommended for experienced print shippers. For a $25 handling fee, we will deliver your package to a limited selection of Airlines that fly out of the Oakland, CA airport who will then ship your package via the next available flight to a major domestic airport of your choice. From there you would need to pick up your package at the airport from your chosen airline. Shipping fees range and are usually similar to that of UPS Next Day Air. The shipping fee would be paid by you upon collection. Again, this method of shipping is generally only recommended for those already experienced with this method of shipping.
UPS Freight (Available only by special request within the Continental United States for shipments requiring palettes)
Used only to ship oversized and heavy orders that require palettes, UPS Freight is available only by special request for certain orders and has similar estimated In-Transit times to UPS Ground. PsPrint will need to evaluate the requested shipment to determine whether Freight shipping is possible or necessary. This service, which should only be used when delivering to commercial addresses as often a forklift and loading dock are necessary.
| Q | How much does shipping cost?
UPS Shipping rates may be viewed for your order by choosing your Product with all of the desired product specifications and hitting "Continue" to proceed to the shopping cart page (Please note Mailhouse options may be displayed initially for certain products; please hit continue to skip). Once on the shopping cart page you will be asked to enter your shipping zip code and after hitting "Update" the rates for UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air will be displayed.
If available in your area, Greyhound or Air Cargo will display with a handling fee quote of $25. Please note this charge is only a handling fee paid to PsPrint for delivery of your package(s) to the Oakland, CA greyhound station or airport. These shipping methods are Collect on Delivery, meaning the actual shipping rate is paid to either Greyhound or to the proper airline when the package(s) are picked up. The fees applied by Greyhound or the airline of your choice vary so these methods are generally only recommend for experienced print buyers.
| Q | How do I find my tracking number and track my shipment once it is sent?
Once your job status changes to "Shipped" your UPS tracking number will be displayed at the top of the Job Details page. Logging into your account, going to the "My Jobs" section and clicking the corresponding Job Number will bring you to the Job Details page.

| Q | Can I use my own shipping account?
Due to frequent complications surrounding pick-up scheduling and order tracking we are unfortunately unable to arrange shipments through outside or personal shipping accounts.
| Q | Can I pick up my order and where?
Will-call pick up is available from both our Oakland, CA and Des Plaines, IL and Mountain Lakes, NJ facilities. Entering a local zip code to either of these locations after adding a job to your shopping cart will give you the option to select will-call pick up. Please keep in mind that jobs are guaranteed to be ready for pick up by 5pm on your target completion day.

At this moment PsPrint only offers shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico.
| Q | How do I calculate my target ship & delivery date?
After choosing a Product and adding it to your shopping cart you may enter your zip code and the shipping methods offered within your area will be displayed. Each UPS shipping method will display a projected In-Transit time to your zip code. Once a method is selected your target ship date and target arrival date will be displayed below the available shipping methods. Please keep in mind that these target dates are conditional upon print-ready artwork being attached to your job before 6:00 PM PST on the day your order is placed (Same day artwork must be attached before 9:00 AM PST on the same day your order is placed).

Saturday Delivery is offered by request with UPS Next Day Air only. An additional UPS fee of $15 per package is applied to Saturday Delivery shipments.
| Q | What do I do if my order is lost or has not arrived by my target arrival date?
UPS may be contacted using your UPS tracking number at 800-PICK-UPS. Please also feel free to contact PsPrint Customer Service at 800.511.2009 if you are unsure of your order's whereabouts.Keep in mind that target arrival dates when shipping via UPS Ground are only projected arrival dates and cannot be absolutely guaranteed by UPS.

| Q | Can I pay only one shipping charge for all of my orders or jobs?
Combined shipping is only offered for identical jobs all placed under one order. The jobs must be able to fit in one box together and must all have the same shipping method and printing turnaround time. Multiple jobs may be added to your shopping cart by choosing a Product and adding it to your shopping cart then hitting the "Add Another Job" button to return to the products page and choose another. When ordering you will be charged a separate shipping charge for each job in your shopping cart. However, PsPrint will calculate the correct shipping charge upon request once artwork is attached to your jobs and refund any shipping fees that have been overcharged. Unfortunately, when jobs are not identical or are purchased separately, PsPrint is unable to offer combined shipping as we are unable to track the jobs through production so that we may pack them together before shipment. Please call 800.511.2009 if you wish to confirm that your order will be combined or wish to request combined shipping on an already placed order.
| Q | Can I ship my order to multiple locations?
You may split and ship an order to up to three locations, one of the three locations being your entered shipping address. Split shipped jobs should be purchased alone with no other jobs placed in the same order. Each split is subject to a $15 handling fee as the job requires additional packaging and handling before shipment. Split shipments can be requested by posting a note on your order (click the Job number under "My Jobs" and scroll down) or by calling 800.511.2009. Additional UPS fees will also be applied for the separate shipments.
| Q | Can I upgrade my shipping method once I place my order?
Yes, please call us at 800.511.2009 or post a note on your order (click the Job number under "My Jobs" and scroll down) to request the upgrade. Additional UPS fees must be approved before the upgrade can be processed. Please also notify us soon as possible if you require a shipping upgrade as some orders do ship early and UPS shipments cannot be upgraded in transit.
| Q | Can I upgrade my shipping address once I place my order?

Additional UPS fees may need to be approved before the change can be processed. Please also notify us soon as possible if you require a shipping address change as some orders do ship early and rerouting UPS shipments In Transit can take multiple business days.

| Q | What is blind shipping and why do you offer it?
If Blind Shipping is selected when entering your shipping address then the return address on your shipping label will display as your billing address. This option is used for resellers and print brokers who wish for PsPrint branding to be completely absent from all shipped materials.

Business card shipping is done for the low price of $9.95 for jobs anywhere from 50 to 5,000 pieces.
