Adobe and PDF Software Developer
Help design and implement our next generation PDF capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with our development team, and will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering software and PDF templates for our applications. This position will involve developing via some of the latest web technologies, assisting with the functional design of software changes, and defining and developing major components of our PDF manipulation software, both inside and outside the Adobe environment. You will also define and develop new capabilities around PDF files, develop systems that are highly reliable and that are easy to modify and scale in the future. Candidates will be expected to provide consistent, reliable and on-time delivery of industry-leading software. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a strong technical background who can expand responsibilities as the team grows and who can command the respect and trust of a dedicated, hard working, team of workers.

Collator Bookbinder
The collator bookbinder is responsible for the set up and full operation of the dynamic bookmaker(s). Duties include adjusting the computer interface, setting the machine per detailed job specifications, and measuring and loading paper per specific functions of machine to preventing excess waste. In addition, the bookbinder will set and monitor sensors, and follow steps to ensure best fit through the stitching, folding, and cutting process.

CTP Operator
The CTP Operator prepares plates for the press through digital imaging of files on the plate maker. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laser plate making equipment that converts electronic data to plates, and checking detailed information on the job tickets such as proof, qualities, and ship date. The CTP Operator also produces and packs press plates, supports the maintenance program, troubleshoots and runs diagnostics on the plate maker, and researches causes for problems and contacts the technician for repair. The operator must adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives assist our customers with their questions, needs and escalated issues. Our customers demand that you understand printing, guide them with clear communication skills and provide complete follow through. You will communicate directly with customers about orders in person, via email, and on the phone with high call volume. In addition, the CSR will interact with customers referring to various graphic design programs and printing tools and apply selling techniques to guide customer toward best results. You my also meet and greet occasional walk-in customers at the front desk.

Cutting Operator
The Cutter is responsible for the set up and full operation of the Cutting machine(s). Duties include reading work orders to determine the cutting dimensions for each sheet, ensuring ganged pages are set properly, setting and readjusting the cutting program for each job and adjusting for correct pressure. The cutting operator must also perform ongoing machine maintenance including replacing worn cutting blades and sending completed cut jobs to the bindery or for packing. The ideal candidate will share our focus on quality control throughout the cutting process, and will adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Die Cut /Foil Letter Press Operator
The Die Cut /Foil Letter Press Operator is responsible for the setup and full operation of the Letterpress/Die-Cut machines. Duties include reading and deciphering order specification, adjusting the machine to recognize the proper sheet feed into machine, and recognizing diverse types of die cut. Other tasks include setting up the machine to recognize side cuts, scoring and performing perforations and foil stamping. The ideal candidate will maintain consistent die through die run, keep a neat and orderly workstation, and maintain die cutting machines in an organized fashion. You will be expected to maintain consistent communication with different departments and managers regarding order status, parts and general machine maintenance. It is critical that the Die Cut /Foil Letter Press Operator adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Digital Imaging (DI) Operator
The Digital Imaging Operator is responsible for running, maintaining and troubleshooting color digital print equipment. Duties include verifying size, color, and type of paper as well as color of ink from each job order. You will also modify controls to regulate the volume of ink, clean inking rollers, and stack completed jobs on pallets. Other tasks include cleaning and maintaining equipment and making adjustments and minor repairs. It is critical that the DI operator maintain continuous quality control on each printing job, adhere to safety standards, and keep the work area clean.

Digital Press Operator
The Digital Press Operator is responsible for the setup and full operation of the machine to produce short-run printing jobs. Duties include ensuring shelves are stocked with paper that matches priority orders, prioritizing jobs based on due date, ensuring jobs are delivered to machines based on customer specifications, and scheduling and completing daily targets. You will also deliver jobs to the proper finishing department in a timely manner, and perform ongoing machine maintenance.

Folder Operator
The Folder is responsible for the setup and full operation of the Folding machine(s). Duties include reading and deciphering order specifications, recognizing and setting machine to different folding options, and ensuring set up is neat. You will also set up high air pressure of the folder, evaluate paper thickness, maintain consistent communication with the Cutting Operators, and maintain communication with mangers regarding order status, parts and general machine maintenance. It is critical that the Folder adhere to safety standards and keep work area clean.

Graphic Designer
The Graphic Designer provides design expertise, page layout knowledge and general artwork file expertise. Responsibilities include producing complex print-based projects, responding to logo and artwork requests from external customers, completing typesetting and page layout projects, and making changes and/or corrections to customer layouts. You must also work toward achieving aggressive project goals and meeting tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should be a results-oriented professional who has strong graphic design skills, exceptional project management abilities, and superior execution skills with attention to detail.

Inside Sales Representative-Lead Generation
As a key member of the sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for achieving aggressive targets for revenues, conversion and profitability through consistent communication via phone and email with prospective and current customers. You will use discretion and independent judgment to match customers’ needs and interests with company products. Other duties include collecting and analyzing information regarding the customer’s industry and marketing needs, developing training materials and resources to advise the customer regarding the advantages and disadvantage of different design, print and mailing services. You will also review monthly results and work toward continual improvements to incrementally grow revenue and conversion targets. The ideal candidate should be results oriented sales professional with strong communications skills, selling abilities and a passion for closing.

Packing QC
This member of the production team identifies jobs in the computer, matches items needed for packing, and prepares the product for shipping. Responsibilities include assembling boxes per product orders specification, performing QC on products to ensure all requirements from the order are met, and running the shrink wrap machine for specific orders. You will also ensure inventory control is managed. The position may involve operating a forklift. The candidate must understand or be eager to learn the dynamics of folding large paper products, and must adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Press Feeder
This member of the production team lifts up to 40-50 lb batches of paper, and feeds them into Komori Lithrone S40 printing press. Responsibilities include machine maintenance, trouble shooting and correcting problems with the press. The candidate will also assist in creating checks/balance systems to prevent outages of press. You must also adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Press Operator
This member of the production team operates the offset sheet fed Komori Lithrone S40 printing press. The ideal candidate will be responsible for machine maintenance, troubleshoot and fix problems with press. You will also create checks/balance systems to prevent outages of press, adhere to safety standards and keep the work area clean.

Prepress Operator
This member of the production team trouble shoots, QA and/or fixes files to meet customer requirements. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are efficiently ganged to minimize waste, manage to tight deadlines, and visually inspect Preflight PDF files for printing. Other responsibilities include updating SOP for Prepress to Printing teams, and updating Intranet files with all changes and scheduling orders in Prepress and Press groups. Requires hands-on capabilities on all prepress tasks. Adherence to safety standards and maintenance of a clean working area are critical.

Shipping Clerk
The ideal candidate will handle shipping boxes weighing up to 75 lbs via UPS, Air Cargo and Greyhound carriers. Responsibilities include packing and QC operations, pre-staffing samples packages, moving boxes in the pickup staging area, and performing freight shipping and pallet jack operations. The individual must adhere to and maintain loss prevention standards, and perform other tasks based on specific needs of the shift. Adherence to safety standards and maintenance of a clean working area are critical.

Software Developer, Web Server Applications

Systems Administrator
Help set up and manage our internal and production networks and systems. The ideal candidate will standardize, grow, and maintain the desktop environment across multiple locations, grow and maintain our highly reliable production web environment, and work as an active member of our Production Support team. The individual will maintain third-party applications and work with the software vendors as necessary. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a strong technical background to grow responsibilities as the team grows. You must command the respect and trust of other dedicated, hard working team members.

UV Coater (Ultraviolet)
The UV Line Operator sets up and operates the coating machine to apply UV to sheets of paper and paperboard. Responsibilities include reading work orders to determine what type of UV needs to be used, feeding sheets of paper into the UV machine and verifying that UV is curing properly. The individual will also send completed UV jobs to cutter, packaging, or shipping. You must maintain communication with mangers regarding order status, parts and general machine maintenance. Adherence to safety standards and maintenance of a clean working area are critical.
