Can I request a faster turnaround time after placing an order?

Although PsPrint will try to accommodate any changes to your order, PsPrint cannot guarantee that you will receive a faster turnaround time for your print job(s). Our ability to change turnaround time for you will depend on many factors such as status of your artwork, production schedule, day of the week, product selected, etc. In addition, you will likely be charged a fee to upgrade your print job(s) to a faster turnaround time. Please note that we can not change the turnaround of your job after it is received by prepress or production department.

To expedite your request, we encourage you to log in to your account by clicking the "My Orders" button from any page on our site. After you are logged in to your account, you should post a note to the specific order that you want to change.

How do I cancel my order?

Once you click the "Confirm Order" button and submit your order, your credit card will be charged for the total amount shown, including shipping and handling fees, if applicable. No refunds will be given for orders that have been received by our prepress department.

In some cases, your order may be cancelled and a refund may be extended to you if no work has been completed by PsPrint for that order. In such cases, you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee, which would be in addition to any fees charged for proofs, if applicable. In some cases, an order may be voided the same day the order was placed as long as no work has been completed by PsPrint for that order.

Can I change my artwork files?
| A |

Artwork files can be changed anytime before you approve your print job. After you approve your print job online, including artwork files, PsPrint cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files unless you have requested a proof.

If you have requested a proof, you can change your artwork files before approving your proof. Please note that PsPrint cannot guarantee that we will be able to update your artwork files after you have approved the proof for your print job since your job will be sent to our production department to be printed on one of our presses.

What if there is a product pricing or option error?

While PsPrint strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or option errors may occur. PsPrint cannot confirm the price of a configured product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, PsPrint shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, PsPrint may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices are subject to change without notice.
