How do I view my order history?

In order to view your PsPrint orders, you will need to log in to your PsPrint account. If you are not already logged in, please click the "Log In" link at the top of any page on the site. Follow the instructions to enter your email address and password.

Once you have successfully logged in, click the "My Jobs" button at the top of any page on the site to review your orders and printing jobs.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?

Yes. You will receive an email within 24 hours of placing an order. If you paid by credit card, and your credit card was approved, this email will confirm your order. Otherwise, it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how to resubmit your payment.

You will also receive confirmation and/or update emails between the time of order placement and order receipt. For example, once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.

How does PsPrint track orders?
| A |

PsPrint uses order numbers to identify and track every print job as it moves through the PsPrint system, from file submission to production to shipping. An order number is automatically assigned to your print job(s), and you can use this order to track, locate, and verify the shipment of your print job(s), and keep track of other pertinent shipment details.
