We here at PsPrint are often asked, “Can I upload my art and preview it before I order?” The answer is yes, and in this video we will show you how.
The first step is to log in to your account by click the green My Account button in the top right-hand corner in the navigation. If you don’t have an account yet, it will only take a few seconds to set one up.
On the My Account page, you will select “Upload a New File.”
Here you will click the gray “Select” button, and navigate to where your file is stored on your computer.
Click “Open” once you’ve selected your file, and then click the orange “Upload File” button. Please make sure your art is at least 300 dpi so your print job is sure to look its best.
During uploading, the file type, whether it’s a TIFF, JPEG or EPS file, is converted to a PDF and the color mode is changed to CMYK.
Once the files are uploaded, you can preview them by clicking the magnifying glass. You can delete the files by clicking the trash can. Click the downward-pointing arrow if you would like to preview your converted PDF files and check for color shifting, image drop out, size and resolution.
Please remember this is only a preview, and is not a substitute for a color-checking proof. For that, you will need to order a hardcopy proof.
And that’s how you upload and view your project before purchase!
