But we want to make sure every PsPrint customer is satisfied — so we’re backing up our printing and our prices with the PsPrint Satisfaction Guarantee.
What is the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your printing, simply call Customer Service at 800-511-2009 within 30 days from the date you receive it (or the date it was scheduled to arrive), and we will reprint part or all of your order. In some cases, we may refund the full price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping, postage and processing costs.

What is the Low Price Guarantee?
PsPrint guarantees you’re always getting the lowest price. If you should find a better advertised retail price for any printed product with similar printing and finishing options within 7 days of placing your order, PsPrint will refund the difference.
Email a copy of the advertisement or screen shot of page with lower price to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of placing your order. Once we confirm the printing and finishing options are the same, we will credit you the difference.
