PsPrint’s Customer Satisfaction and Low Price Guarantee

With the quality of our state-of-the-art presses, super-fast turnaround, low prices and helpful customer service, it’s no wonder PsPrint has so many satisfied customers. But we want to make sure every PsPrint customer is satisfied — so we’re backing up our printing and our prices with the PsPrint Satisfaction Guarantee.

What is the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee?

If you are not satisfied with your printing, call Customer Service at 800-511-2009 within 7 days from the date you receive your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

What is the Low Price Guarantee?

PsPrint guarantees you’re always getting the lowest price. If you should find a better advertised price for any printed product with similar printing and finishing options within 7 days of placing your order, PsPrint will refund the difference.

Email a copy of the advertisement or screen shot of page with lower price to guarantee@psprint.com within 7 days of placing your order. Once we confirm the printing and finishing options are the same, we will credit you the difference.
