How to Approve Your Design

By checking Design Approval, you confirm spelling, content, and layout are correct. Your design will print exactly as shown in the PDF proof. Unless you purchase a Hard Copy Proof, you cannot change your design once you've placed your order.

Final Review Checklist

To assure great print quality, do a visual check of your PDF Proof to confirm

1. Content, spelling and punctuation are correct
2. Custom text and images are properly aligned and/or centered
3. Custom image quality is good (see How to Check PDF Quality)
4. Custom backgrounds extend to outter red print guidelines (see How to Print with Backgrounds)
5. Custom text and images do not extend past the inner blue print guidelines (see How to Place Text)
