What are the requirements to join the program?
You must be a graphic designer, advertising or marketing agency, print broker, or other professional business thatresells our printed products as part of your business.
How do I get the sales tax removed from my account?
Please fill out and return the Reseller’s Application and Universal Sales & Use Tax Certificate to have the sales tax removed from your account for future orders. If you needed to place a time sensitive order before your documents were verified, please send your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org and your sales tax paid will be refunded upon verification.
How fast will my application be processed?
Your application will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. If you have a pending order, please let us know when you submit your application, and we will attempt to process your request as fast as we can. Please note however, if the order is urgent, feel free to submit it and email your order number. If your account is approved, we can refund any discount or sales tax as needed.
I am a reseller member but I forgot my coupon code?
As each code is unique, you will need to contact the Resale Manager. We will email your coupon code to you.
How do I get pricing for items not available on your website?
Please fill out and return the Custom Quote Form that will be included in your welcome package. If you need another form, contact your account manager at email@example.com.
Do you offer price matching?
Yes, we have a low price guarantee! If you should find a better advertised price for any printed product with similar printing and finishing options within 7 days of placing your order, PsPrint will refund the difference. Simply email a copy of the advertisement or screen shot of page with lower price to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of placing your order. Once we confirm the printing and finishing options are the same, we will credit you the difference.
Do you offer non-branded (blind or white label) shipping?
Yes, PsPrint does blind ship. You must select blind shipping on the Purchase page during the ordering process.
